The Rev. Katie Christie will be preaching and leading worship on June 18th. Katie was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois and raised in Delray Beach, Florida. Katie is the daughter of Mary Burrows and the granddaughter of Parke and Virginia Burrows. She graduated from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in 2005 and was ordained in 2006 in the Presbyterian Church, USA. Katie was Board Certified as a Healthcare Chaplain in 2009. Katie lives in Lilburn, Georgia with her husband Andy, their two children Abbey & Lily. She currently serves as a part time Associate for Pastoral Care at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and a Chaplain at Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Georgia on an as needed basis.
