This year, our adult operetta will be a cabaret-style revue titled "125 Years and Beyond! – A Celebration of Operettas Past and Future."
The show will feature full-cast numbers, solos, duets, trios, and small-group performances drawn from Broadway classics as well as contemporary favorites. Ages 11 and up are welcome.
Auditions and rehearsals begin Monday, July 27. (If you'd simply like to be part of the ensemble, no audition is required!)
Performances will take place August 7 and 8.
Rehearsals will generally run from 1:00–4:00 p.m. each day, with some flexibility. If you're even thinking about participating, we encourage you to come on the first day to learn more about the production. If you have any questions, please contact Greg Abbey at gregorycapecrystal@gmail.com.
And if you plan to participate in the show, please fill out our google form
Join us as we celebrate 125 years of music, community, and the operetta tradition while looking ahead to the next chapter.
