Cyanotype with Kate Kryder Adult Art Workshop
Wednesday July 8th, 1-3 pm, meet in the Kitchen
Max 12-15 participants
Cyanotype is an early photographic printing process, known for producing rich Prussian blue monochrome prints. The process uses a photosensitive solution of iron salts that reacts to UV light. When sunlight hits the treated surface, objects, or negatives, placed on top leave behind striking silhouettes and images. Join artist and photographer Kate Kryder to explore this medium using found objects and local botanicals. You will leave the workshop with multiple frame ready prints.
