Creating a Post Tutorial

Type in your username and password and click the “Log in” button.
You’ll be back on the front page – click the “Site admin” button.
This will get you to the backend Dashboard. Click “New Post” in the upper right corner.
Enter a Title and paste in content in the box below the editing icons.
Very important! You must pick a category – check a box from the list on the right side of the page.
Scroll down the page and look to the left side, click the drop down arrow and select yourself from the list of authors.
Scroll back up to the right and click the “Publish” button. That’s it!
Here’s how to enter a picture. Once you have your text in place, click so the cursor is blinking at the spot you want the picture.
Now click on the little box just to the right of the word “Insert”
You’ll see this box – Click the select files button
That will open a search box on your computer – something like this
Find your picture, click on it and click the Open button
Now you’ll see this – (well, you won’t see this exactly, unless you have the same picture that I do)
Scroll down (use the scroll bar on the right, until you see this -
Click the “Insert into Post“ button
Then go back and preview your new page and publish it if you so desire.
