Oct 16th, 2008 | Category: BudgetSince its introduction as a planning and budgeting tool serveral years ago, the FIVE YEAR PLAN has played a significant role in maintaining and upgrading the property of the CSA. Projects are selected by the Trustees on recommendation by the Budget Committtee. The projects are selected on a priority basis each year from the list of projects submitted by the Assembly committee chairs, the Managing Director, and any interested member of the Assembly. The list is maintained on a running basis from year-to-year thus assuring adequate consideration by the Trustees of each project year.
